Organisation
Clear positions, clear responsibilities and clear expectations. When everyone knows their role, sessions run smoothly and the focus stays on enjoying the flying.
About Us
Latitude ATC exists because organised aviation is more fun than chaos. We run a Roblox air traffic control network where pilots and controllers work to the same expectations, communicate clearly and look after each other.
Who We Are
Latitude ATC is an independent, volunteer-led Roblox aviation community. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, and we are not a real-world air navigation service.
What we are is a group of pilots and controllers who wanted a network with proper structure: positions you can progress through, phraseology everyone shares, and rules that are short enough that people actually read them.
Everything on this site describes how our Roblox community runs. Nothing here represents a real airport, airspace or authority.
An important distinction
Latitude ATC is a Roblox aviation community. We do not control real aircraft, and our positions and clearances exist only inside the game.
What we are about
Clear communication, orderly traffic and a network that anyone can learn.
What Matters
These are the principles behind our rulebook, our applications and how we handle sessions.
Clear positions, clear responsibilities and clear expectations. When everyone knows their role, sessions run smoothly and the focus stays on enjoying the flying.
Consistent phraseology, listened-to instructions and a willingness to ask when something is unclear. Most problems on the network are communication problems.
Every member started somewhere. New pilots get patience, new controllers get mentoring, and nobody is expected to know everything on day one.
Structure
Roles are clearly separated so that pilots, controllers and staff each know what they are responsible for.
Who It Is For
We ask for one thing from everyone: a willingness to read the rules and treat other members with respect.
You know how to fly in Roblox but have never worked a position. Ground is a good starting point — it is the calmest way to learn how a network runs.
You know what a good session looks like from the cockpit and want to be responsible for it from the other side. The ATC application is where you start.
Phraseology, checklists and orderly traffic are the interesting part for you. You will feel right at home here.
If you enjoy teaching, reviewing and supporting others, the staff application is the way in.
Read the operations manual and the rules, then come and ask us anything in Discord. There is no wrong question.
