Before You Apply
What staff actually do
Staff applications are only considered from members who are already active on the network. Here is what the role involves.
Review applications
Read pilot and controller applications and make recommendations to the wider staff team.
Train and sign off
Mentor new controllers through training and authorise them once you are satisfied they are ready.
Handle reports
Deal with rule breaches fairly and consistently, and keep records of warnings and suspensions.
Maintain standards
Keep the rulebook accurate and make sure it reflects how the community actually operates.
You need an existing track record
Staff applications are reviewed only for members who are already active and have a consistent record of following the rules. Be patient and build that record first.
Never share your password
No member of Latitude ATC staff will ever ask for your Roblox password or cookies. Report anyone who does.

Staff applications are closed right now
There is no staff application form to fill in at the moment. Staff roles open in batches when the team needs more reviewers or trainers, and we announce it in the Discord first.
Build your track record in the meantime. Being a regular, rule-abiding member who helps others is exactly what we look for when applications reopen.

Join the Discord, get involved in a few sessions, and apply later. A good track record matters more than applying quickly.
