Report a rule breach
If you witness a rule being broken, report it to a staff member in Discord with details of what happened and when.
For anything that should reach the team privately, or that does not fit in a Discord message.

Never share your Roblox password
Staff will never ask for your Roblox password, cookies, or login. If someone claiming to be from Latitude ATC asks for them, report it in Discord immediately.

How long does an application take?
Applications are reviewed by staff in their own time. If yours has not been looked at after a reasonable period, feel free to ask in Discord.
Do I need aviation experience to control?
No. Prior ATC experience is welcome, but not required. Training covers the position, our procedures and how we run sessions.
Can I change role later?
Yes. Talk to a staff member about applying for a different position. Many members fly and control at different times.
Why can't we roleplay an emergency?
Simulated MAYDAY, PAN and other emergency scenarios are prohibited. Sessions work best when everyone knows what is real and what is standard traffic.
