What we store, and what we ask of you
Latitude ATC runs a website, a Discord bot and a join queue. This page explains what each of them keeps, why it is kept, and the terms that apply when you use any of them.

Privacy policy
Information we collect
We only keep what the website, the bot and the queue need in order to work. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is shared beyond what is described below.
1. What we collect
- Discord user, server, channel and role identifiers
- Commands and interactions you send to the bot
- Server configuration for the community the bot runs in
- Your Discord display name and avatar, when you sign in to the website
- Application answers you submit through the pilot, controller or staff forms
- Queue entries and the decisions recorded against them
2. How it is used
Information is used to run the bot, provide the features you ask for, store configuration, review applications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and improve the service. Sign in on the website is handled by Discord, so we receive the result of that check rather than any Discord password.
3. Data storage
We only retain what is reasonably necessary for the service to function. Data is deleted when it is no longer required, or on request where that applies. Application answers are kept so a decision can be explained later, and are removed once they have no further purpose.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only where it is needed to operate the service, to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the service and the people who use it.
5. Third-party services
The bot operates through Discord and the website is hosted for us by a third-party provider. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms and privacy policy. Where the bot looks up a Roblox profile to confirm verification, that lookup is read-only and follows Roblox's public information.
6. Data requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to request its deletion, email the team or reach a member of staff in Discord. We will confirm who you are before acting on a request, so that one member cannot ask for another's data.
Terms of service
What we ask of you
By using the website, the bot or the queue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using them.
1. Use of the service
You may use the website, the bot and the queue provided you comply with these terms, our rules, and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for illegal activity, harassment or abuse, attempts to compromise the service or its infrastructure, or anything that deliberately disrupts it for others.
3. Availability
The service is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee that the website or the bot will always be online, available or free from errors. Sign in and the queue depend on Discord being reachable.
4. Changes to the service
We may add, remove or modify features at any time, and may temporarily or permanently discontinue part or all of the service.
5. Accounts and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated if these terms or the community rules are violated, or if continued access presents a security or operational risk. Staff decisions on applications and queue entries are made under the published rules.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. Latitude ATC is an independent Roblox community and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any real-world aviation authority.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change is published counts as acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
