There are three ways into Latitude ATC. Choose the one that fits you, read the requirements, then complete the application on its own page.
The Process
Four steps from interest to network
The process is deliberately straightforward. Most applications are reviewed within a reasonable time by our staff team.
Submit the form
Complete the application for your chosen role on this page. Answer honestly — it helps us place you correctly.
Verification
Once approved, verify your Roblox account by running the verification command in Roblox so we can link it.
Training
Join training for your role. Pilots get a network introduction; controllers work supervised before signing off.
Requirements
What we need from you
There are no aviation qualifications required. These are the practical requirements for each role.
- All roles
- An active Roblox account, membership of our Discord, acceptance of the rulebook, and a willingness to take direction and feedback.
- Pilots
- Basic familiarity with flying in Roblox. You will be taught the network's procedures, phraseology and clearances.
- Controllers
- Clear communication, patience with new pilots, and a good grasp of how aviation works. Prior ATC experience is welcome but not required.
- Staff
- Experience on the network, a consistent record of following the rules, and the time to commit to reviewing applications and supporting members.
- Verification
- Your Roblox account must be verifiable. Staff will provide the command to run — never share a password or cookie with anyone, including staff.
Never share your password
No member of Latitude ATC staff will ever ask for your Roblox password or cookies. If someone claiming to be staff asks you for them, report it immediately.

ATC is for accepted pilots, and staff is closed
ATC applications need an accepted pilot application first. Staff applications are closed until the next batch opens, and we announce that in the Discord.
